Our goal is to convey to each individual a respect for human life at every stage of development from the moment of conception to the time of natural death.
Pregnancy Tests & Counseling
Clients generally come for a pregnancy test or verification of a test. With this, we have the opportunity to share with them valuable resources in the area ranging from medical care and food pantries to government assistance and churches. We try to eliminate problems which may be pressuring them to abort. This is also an excellent time to educate clients on the emotional and physical consequences of premarital sex. The health risks alone are tremendous.

Medical Services
We offer referrals to many local health agencies who provide prenatal care and have several pro-life physicians who assist us in various ways. We offer sonograms so women facing abortion are fully informed on the pregnancy they are carrying.

24 – Hour Hotline
Our telephone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After business hours it is answered by individuals who have been trained for crisis counseling.

Patty’s Closet

This resource is a room of new and nearly new items for mom and baby. To shop in the closet, a client participates in an “Earn While You Learn” program like Options Counseling or the Bridges Program. Points are awarded through their participation and are spent on items in the closet. Clients who make an adoption plan, may use their points on personal, more “woman-focused” items in our Hope Chest

Dresser Project
A dresser project is a special gift for a woman who has chosen life for her child, but for some reason can’t participate in our other programs. The clients who receive these dressers usually have chosen life in extremely difficult circumstances. Each dresser is filled with brand new items to help mom and baby through the first year. In certain situations, a dresser may not be appropriate and a client may receive a Life Choice Basket. These baskets are filled with new and gently used items for the baby as well.

Alice’s Restaurant
Having enough to eat is a problem more often than we would like to see. To address the need for food, we’ve established this food pantry to allow the client to receive enough food to get by for a couple of days. We also provide a number of referrals to community food pantries. Our clients can use this resource up to twice per year.
